To qualify for free shipping on orders over $99, your address must be within the Continental US and your order total $99 or more before tax and after applicable discounts or vouchers. Our default service for this free shipping offer is USPS Priority Mail. However, at our own discretion, we may also use other carrier services including UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Other shipping options such as FedEx or UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight are available for an additional charge.
Please Note: The time required to process your order is the same for every shipping option. In most cases,
orders are shipped one day after the order is placed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are usually shipped on Monday.

Shipping to Foreign and non-Continental US Addresses
Please contact us for shipping rates if your address is located outside the Continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, US Military APO/FPO addresses and Canada are not considered part of the Continental United States).
Oversize items such as Hoops:
Oversized items such as Rhythmic Gymnastic Hoops can only be shipped to physical addresses, and cannot be returned except in the documented case of a hoop being damaged during delivery. Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your oversized shipment:

You must carefully inspect the condition of your hoop or oversized item before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, refuse delivery. The shipper will return the item and and we will credit your order.

To complete the delivery process, you must sign the shipper's release form. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this Return Policy, accept the condition of the package, and that you understand you cannot return the item.
RETURN POLICY
Any product sold by GOKISPORT which is defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Returns for online orders (besides hoops) can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund (less shipping charges), no exceptions. Items purchased online from this website must be returned directly to GOKISPORT. Online purchases from this website CANNOT be returned to retail stores that carry our products. In the case of a return for refund, any of the actual shipping and/or handling costs on the original order will not be refunded. Additionally, at our discretion, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total cost of the returned items may be deducted from the total refund of your order. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied. (for example, if you used a "20% off" coupon on a $100 order, you would not receive a $100 refund since the total amount originally paid would have been $80)
HOOPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
We take pride in manufacturing the highest quality rhythmic and fitness hoops available anywhere and create our original patterns using only the finest UV resistant vinyl tapes. However, please remember that computer screens may display colors differently than those shown on the GOKISPORT website. You cannot return a hoop because of not understanding the description of your order. All sales of hoops are final. The only exception is in case of a hoop being damaged during delivery. GOKISPORT reserves the right to change the layering of tapes or substitute a color if what you selected is out of stock.
Items to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging
The returned item must be in new, resalable condition with all tags still attached.
You must include the original inner packaging and printed material/instructions in new, undamaged condition.

Please be advised that packages sent using basic US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since GOKISPORT cannot verify a return has been made without confirming its receipt, nor be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, we strongly recommend using a delivery service or optional USPS service that offers tracking and sufficient insurance for your returned order.
